I find Controlio useful when we look at broader workforce patterns rather than individual incidents. It gives us another perspective when discussing workload and how teams are operating. During workforce planning discussions we can look at activity patterns alongside manager feedback of relying entirely on anecdotal information about Controlio. I value information that can support a conversation between HR and department managers without relying on subjective opinions.
