Contrast is exceptionally easy to use across our multiple departments, with an intuitive platform that allows anyone to jump in and use without having to train much, if at all. Setting up an event takes just minutes, and the ability to duplicate and reschedule events saves significant time, especially since we do a lot of recurring events each month. It's also nice to be able to have pre-recorded content uploaded in seconds that we can play live for our audiences. Built-in features like polls and CTAs help us assess our audience engagement and the email automation keeps reminders going out on schedule, without having to manually think about it. I wish there was a way to clone customized follow up emails when you duplicate an event. Since we schedule recurring events each month and need to duplicate everything, it's not ideal to manually edit the customizations in our emails every time. I also wish the reporting in Contrast was more flexible. We've had to build a lot of custom reporting in Hubspot since there isn't a lot of configuration options with the exporting tool in the platform. We also have received customer feedback that in certain email domains, they don't see the hyperlink to join or watch their event (it's whited out). It would also be nice to have some editing flexibility for recording content, so we don't have to attempt to do everything in one take. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
