**What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?**

Contractor Foreman has been especially helpful because it brings key parts of project management into one platform—financial tracking, change orders, scheduling, contracts, and documentation. Having everything centralized improves organization, saves time, and helps reduce errors by keeping project information easy to find, accessible, and up to date. It also gives better financial visibility and supports stronger decision-making, which allows Project Managers to work more efficiently and manage projects more effectively overall. I also appreciate the ongoing updates, as well as the customer support and training resources that are available when needed.

**What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?**

The site is constantly updating, which is generally a good thing, but sometimes it happens right while I’m working and it can be a bit disruptive.

**What problems is Contractor Foreman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Change Order section is much better now, and the updates in the financial area are genuinely helpful. I also appreciate the new AI tool, which makes it easier for me to review the project’s overall health.

**What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?**

We’ve been using Foreman Software for our construction projects and it has significantly improved communication and project tracking between the office and field teams. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy for supervisors, contractors, and crew members to update progress, share photos, manage tasks, and stay on schedule in real time.

One of the best features is the ability to track daily reports, RFIs, and site updates all in one place. It has reduced miscommunication and helped keep projects more organized and efficient. The mobile accessibility is also extremely helpful for field teams working on-site.

Customer support has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions, and the software continues to improve with updates. Overall, Foreman Software has been a valuable tool for improving productivity, accountability, and coordination across our projects. What we liked most about Contractor Foreman is how much functionality it delivers in a single, organized platform. It centralizes scheduling, daily logs, change orders, document management, time tracking, and financial tracking in one system, which significantly reduces the need for multiple disconnected tools.

The project dashboards provide clear visibility into job progress, and the daily log and photo documentation features make field reporting simple and consistent. The change order workflow is also very helpful for maintaining proper documentation and protecting project margins.

Another strong point is value for cost. Compared to many construction management platforms, Contractor Foreman offers a broad feature set at a competitive price, making it accessible for growing contractors.

**What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?**

I really like that Contractor Foreman is an all-in-one system for construction management. It has good estimating and job tracking tools, and it integrates with QuickBooks, which makes it very convenient for us. I also appreciate the ability to customize it to our company's needs, and the cost tracking and job tracking features. Once an estimate is approved, it goes into a project stage where we can track our expenses and see what's going on day-to-day with the project.

**What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?**

I really think the biggest con with Contractor Foreman is it does take some time to fully learn. There is a ton of features on there. It took me a couple months just to learn the ins and the outs of Contractor Foreman. I won't lie. It was pretty difficult. It definitely takes a learning curve.

Contractor Foreman lets us communicate with our entire team in one place and helps with scheduling.

It is user friendly.  I use it primarily for entering time cards into our payroll program and for sending out bid invitations.  I find it very easy to use

I haven't found anything I dislike.   I only use the time card feature and sending drawings to subcontractors.

Making sure that all subcontractors have the latest plans for each project

**What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?**

I like how Contractor Foreman simplifies project management by allowing us to input lead information, create estimates, and track the entire project with ease. I appreciate the estimate approval feature for creating projects and the daily updates from logs and documentation that make tracking projects easier from top to bottom. The cohesion between daily logs, project files, and the client portal is something I personally like, as it makes updating clients in real time convenient. I also find it extremely easy to detail efforts for change orders or damage repair, and getting paid is hassle-free. The training courses provided are a great resource, and after setting up the cost item database and financial integration, using the system has become very easy.

**What do you dislike about Contractor Foreman?**

The user interface gets better every update, but it still needs some work. Such as the todo section for projects. There should be a section within the project that shows the todos, rather than the other way around. Sometimes there isn't cohesion between the sections like there should. It was difficult to find how our company could utilize all of the features.

I find Contractor Foreman makes project tracking easier from top to bottom by automating lead management, project estimation, and daily updates. It simplifies change order pricing and has a seamless client update feature, easing communication.
