I like having all of our contracts organized in one place and being able to quickly search for an agreement and see the key information I need without having to dig through files. It makes it much easier to keep track of our active agreements and upcoming renewals. It's integrated with our HubSpot CRM tool, so it's helpful to not have to go to many sites and find what is needed. The performance of CLX is quick and efficient, and I like that the more you generate and create a contract, the faster you get at the system. Although I find the site as a whole easy to use and sufficient for finding information in one place, I do think some tasks require more clicks and steps than necessary, and it can take time to find exactly what I’m looking for. I’d like to see a more streamlined interface and easier navigation for everyday use. The "tasks" also tend to be overwhelming when I feel as though I already submitted for approval.
