What do you like best about Contivio.com?
It works well. Admin interface is fairly easy. Easy to set up for every day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Contivio.com?
The chat set up itself (look and feel) is just for 1 chat setup. So you can't make different ones if you have say a b2b and b2c websites for the same company. You'll have to contact Contivio to get another instance in the same account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
