What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I use the zoning analysis tool the most. I love the compare feature in it. I also love being able to export the data to excel to aggregate the information over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

The tool is so complex, that even the Contentsquare employees don't understand all it has to offer. It's a steep learning curve, for sure. Needs a lot of hand on time with the rep for the layman to understand how to benefit from the tool. Hard to get stakeholders buy in since they don't have the time to fully understand it. What problems is Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

CS is helping my company solve which type of content resonates best with our online users. This knowledge and feedback to the Brand team help inform creative strategy and direction and, ultimately, affects the photoshoots and assets they turn over.
