What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

Comprehensive product portfolio for a contact center operation from a single source. Regular expansions of the products. The administration environments, especially the FLOW module. What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

There are many good products with basic and also advanced features, but the process for feature requests to improve functionalities or for individual software extensions is somewhat tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customer service was previously exclusively managed by our call center service provider with their software. To optimize our customer support, we have built an internal team. We wanted to bring control over the software and the data in-house. The external call center and the internal teams of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels, as well as the employees of the external logistics service provider, were to work on the same common platform. Additionally, the on-site service should be integrated into the software so that these resources are also available for online customer support. Therefore, we needed software that was flexible and, above all, could be implemented quickly. It was also important to us to obtain everything from a single source so that we did not have to deal with different providers for the various required functions.
