What do you like best about Content Guru storm?

The best aspect of Content Guru STORM is the platform's stability. Its is exponentially more stable than any other phone system, on-prem or CCaaS, that we have ever used in our contact center. The Content Guru support team is also outstanding. From onboarding to ongoing support they have ensured we have the tools and knowledge to be successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Guru storm?

License clarity and role administration could use some improvement but overall they aren't really issues and are solves easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Content Guru storm solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a safety sensitive damage prevention service storm gives us the best chance to take and make the calls we need to ensure facilities, excavators, and the community stay safe. They are helping us creating streamlined and automated workflows that mitigate potential delays and/or errors. We are also working with them to incorporate AI scale without needing additional staffing and ensuring the caller's time is respected when call volume is high.
