I like that Contaktly is very accurate and helps me identify website visitors, particularly business visitors. It's amazing because I never knew how many companies were visiting my website, and now I can see who is interested in what we do. It really helps me in sales, like when I'm busy in a conversation, and I notice someone from that company is on my site; then I can call them and close the deal. This happened twice already. I also love that I can just talk to the founders, and they implemented feedback so quickly, making the product keep getting better.
