What do you like best about Contaktly?

What I appreciate most is the flexibility, we were able to fully tailor the bot to our practice: custom pricing logic, multilingual routing to our specialists, everything adjustable ourselves in the training prompt. Support, especially Jamie, responds quickly and personally whenever we raise questions or bugs , reassuring, especially given we work with sensitive patient data. What do you dislike about Contaktly?

One small thing we’d still love to see: some kind of automatic monitoring that flags it for us if the bot ever drifts from its own rules. Right now we tend to spot that more by chance while reviewing older chats. Would be a nice addition down the line, but overall we’re very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contaktly solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small team, we can’t be available around the clock. Contaktly solves exactly that: it responds to anxious patients instantly, in their own language, and automatically routes them to the right specialist.
