ContactMonkey's drag and drop builder is super simple to use. Templates make it easy for our team to stick to a consistent design/format. It's easy to send test emails to our team/stakeholders to review, as well. The new AI analytics make it super simple to get detailed metrics from different audiences, email tags, etc. without needs to analyze the data myself. The new feature to upload CSV files to create a distribution list makes it so much easier when we have custom lists that we will be sending multiple campaigns to. I dislike that the builder and compose/send functionality are built out separately. I wish those were combined for a more seamless experience (like it is with Mailchimp). This would also make it easier to make sure we're sending to the same audiences if we could duplicate existing campaigns and edit the draft and then set up the email and distribution lists all in one. List management is also clunky. It's difficult to search and filter lists, and there is no quick way to delete multiple lists at once. I'm also unable to view the "profile" of contacts, which means there is no easy way to see which lists they have been added to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
