I love how versatile ContactMonkey is, and I appreciate that it keeps improving its site and offerings. It moves at the same pace as I do, and when I bring them a problem, they often have a solution in the works or one I haven’t found yet. I can use AI to double-check my work, fix broken links after an email has gone out, and use tracking and analytics to see what information is being shared so employees are more likely to read and engage with it. The Canva interface for moving designs back and forth has been helpful, and the Workday interface lets me send targeted emails based on employee profile metrics. ContactMonkey has grown with us. Setup was very smooth and quick, with straightforward, helpful guides. I find ContactMonkey’s design aspects a little clunky if I’m used to working in Canva. Some of the design elements feel a little antiquated, including the fonts available, and the image cutting or snipping tool can make pictures look a little wonky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
