What problems is ContactMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contact Monkey solves several problems for us. First and foremost, it improves functionality: we no longer have to fiddle around in Outlook trying to format emails. It also addresses the analytics gap by giving us a clear view of how our communications are landing. Beyond these wins, there’s an additional, more peripheral benefit: it lets us be far more creative, agile, and experimental with the types of comms we send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
