What do you like best about ContactMonkey?

It has completely changed the way we approach internal comms. The analytics, the directory, and the different ways you can display messages have all made a real difference. What do you dislike about ContactMonkey?

Truly the only thing I disliked was that you could not add in video links other than Vimeo or YouTube, but it looks like an update was made that changed that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ContactMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have four different business segments and a diverse group of employees, and ContactMonkey helps us reach our employees in a variety of ways. It has also added a real layer of professionalism—our emails look polished with all the tools available, and they come across more like newsletters. I also love that you can schedule communications in advance and view everything on a calendar. The dynamic lists have been a game changer for us, because our distribution lists are internally very complicated; now I can filter with ease and quickly find exactly the employees I want to send to.
