What I appreciate most about Constructor Proctor is how well it keeps the entire exam management process organised. We can set up exams, manage candidates, and track the monitoring process from a single platform, instead of relying on several separate tools.
In our experience, the monitoring has been very reliable as well. During an online exam, it’s important to know the system is stable and that you can clearly see what’s happening in real time. Constructor Proctor gives us that confidence and makes it easier to focus on the situations that actually need attention.
The interface is clean and logically laid out. It took a little time to get familiar with all the available options, but once we did, the day-to-day workflow became straightforward. The platform follows the natural stages of organising an exam, so it doesn’t feel like we have to change our entire process just to use the software.
I also appreciate that the intelligent monitoring features support the exam team without trying to replace human judgement. The system helps flag activity that may need review, while the final decision still stays with the administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because the platform includes many functions, the initial setup can feel a bit detailed, especially for someone using online proctoring software for the first time.
A few sections could be explained more clearly within the platform itself, ideally with extra tips or brief in-app instructions to guide new users. That said, once the first setup and onboarding are finished, the overall workflow becomes much easier to manage and feels more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
