I like that you can manage all your projects through one central database inside the bid center. It makes it much easier to navigate between projects and quickly find the ones that are out for bid. I also like the filters you can use to sort projects by location and see who is assigned to each one. They also have almost every project for the Business Journals in their Data Base. The only thing I don’t like about ConstructConnect is that, as a third-party building consultant company, there’s no way to list our business as a consultant—only as a supplier. Also, every time we get invited to bid on projects, chances are they’re already well underway, so we don’t have any real opportunity to get involved.
