What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant contact makes dishing out high quality emails easy. I like using the AI template creator as it helps me structure my emails & cater them to my desired audience (teachers & students). It's very simple to use, simply tell the AI what you're looking to create & it sets you up with a ready to use template that you can "plug & play" with. I also really appreciate the Ai support on the subjects / preheaders. This is an area I always have struggled with and I find the AI suggestions are great for guidance! What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I would have to say that I don't have a lot of complaints other then some issues with when we try to send test emails through one of our associated emails. It doesn't seem to have a rhyme or reason for when this happens but, it's not super frequent. Other than this minor complaint, constant contact has been good to us and their support is prompt! What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us it would simply be, being able to disperse out our marketed content to a wide range of customers / prospective customers! - This is turn results in new business acquisitions & maintaining business. The AI tools also really save us time with content creation. While we tend to edit the templates a bit, the general layout stays the same & that's a time saver as is!
