Being able to access Canva for graphic design seamlessly is efficient and time saving. Managing email lists by updating memberships (over 600) quickly and easily, and merging duplicate profiles has been extremely time efficient. It doesn't always format the way I need it to, so there are extra steps required and a lot of testing to make sure it looks and interacts correctly. The AI was helpful for creating a full event campaign, but I had to change the scheduling often because the timing for certain announcements wasn't in line.
