What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like how easy it is to create and send professional-looking emails without needing to be super technical. The templates make it simple to get started, and I can customize things pretty quickly instead of having to build everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The main thing I’d say is that the editing can be a little frustrating at times. It’s easy to use for basic emails, but when I want to customize the layout or remove certain elements, it doesn’t always work the way I expect. I also think the pricing can get a little high as your contact list grows. Overall, though, these are more minor annoyances than dealbreakers for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Constant Contact solves the problem of having to manage email marketing and keep track of who is engaging with my emails. It makes it easier to get help with my communication schedule, plan campaigns ahead of time, and see what people are actually responding to.
