What do you like best about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

I really like how it is able to put a couple of our other platforms together under one umbrella. The open API allows for easy integration. It's sales and marketing tacking gives you excellent insight into how your sales process is handling the leads that your marketing effort is attaining and then helps give you numbers to analyse the success of the funnel. The smart emails feature is the favorite aspect from our employees view because of the ease of sending information to prospects/clients. Also, the ability to have so many people on the platform for relatively low costs.

Almost forgot, the ability to customize the journey of each client based on their engagement level is AWESOME! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

The social platform could use some work but I hear that a release is coming soon for that. The ability to do custom reports also is lacking butt again, looks like improvements are coming. The last part would be the web page and email builders, it takes some time to figure out how to use them right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Constant Contact Advanced Automation:

I would say do it but go through an agency, unless you are an agency yourself. Worth every penny Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Constant Contact Advanced Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We really needed to have a birds-eye view of our marketing and sales process for each funnel that we have and this system seems to do that. Now we are able to see the true cost per acquisition of each patient/client. Knowing this number allows us to get the results that we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
