What do you like best about Consensus?
I love how easy the Consensus toolbar is. It's quick and easy, ready to go right there. The personalization aspect is also huge because nowadays, everyone expects personalization as a minimum requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Consensus?
It's pretty solid. My only critique is when I use Consensus' toolbar extension to write emails on my work's org, I dislike having to type the full name/email/address,etc. It would be nice to auto-populate but that might just be my organization's website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
