## Consensus Reviews
 ### 1. Straightforward Setup and a Trusted Library of Company-Approved Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis P. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Having a library of company-approved content is a major advantage, especially when you’re still getting up to speed as a new hire. It gives me confidence that the materials I’m sending to my accounts are accurate, current, and aligned with our brand standards. The setup was very straightforward, and because I’d used the platform at a previous company, I could jump right in and start delivering value from day one.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Honestly, I can’t think of any major downsides right now. It does exactly what it’s meant to do and doesn’t introduce any unnecessary complexity into my workflow.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s essentially a force multiplier for our team. Since our presales and solutions consulting resources are stretched thin, I use Consensus to send high-quality recorded demos to my accounts. That way, prospects can get the technical walkthroughs they need right away, instead of waiting for an opening on a consultant’s calendar. It helps keep deals moving forward and makes sure we don’t lose momentum.

 ### 2. Creative, Polished Demo Link Embeds That Elevate Outreach Emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irvin T. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The visual variety it adds to my outreach is definitely the biggest highlight for me. I really appreciate having multiple ways to embed demo links, whether that’s through a professional-looking thumbnail or a simple, clean copy-and-paste link. It gives me more creative control over how the email comes across, so it doesn’t land in a prospect’s inbox as just another wall of text.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The administrative side of the tool feels pretty sluggish overall. Linking a specific demo to a Salesforce account takes a long time, and the search function is extremely unforgiving—if you misspell an account name even slightly, it simply won’t return anything. It’s also frustrating that I have to manually name every single demo; having a default naming convention that we could adjust when needed would eliminate a lot of unnecessary micro-tasks. On top of that, the Gmail integration seems somewhat unstable. I’ve had to reconnect it multiple times because the sync breaks without any warning.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus as a “pre-education” tool for our prospects. By sending these demos ahead of time, I can get them up to speed on our platform’s core value before they ever speak with a person. It helps bridge the gap between initial interest and a discovery call, and it sets up our Account Executives for far more productive conversations because the lead already has a baseline understanding of what we do.

 ### 3. Game-Changing Demo Links and Granular Video Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wil B. | Senior Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

This browser extension has been a complete game-changer for our day-to-day workflow. We can drop demo links straight into emails without losing momentum, which is crucial in a fast-paced sales environment. I’m also genuinely impressed by how granular the analytics are—being able to see exactly which segment of a video a prospect watched, and for how many seconds, gives us a perfect “temperature check” on their level of interest. Implementation was surprisingly quick, and the customer support team has been very responsive any time we’ve run into a technical snag.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Navigation within the Demoboards can feel a bit clunky once we include multiple use cases. It isn’t always intuitive for a prospect to switch between different demos smoothly, and the overall flow can be harder to follow than it should be. On the backend, the library also starts to feel disorganized as our asset count grows. We really need the ability to create custom folders so we can categorize our videos more effectively and keep everything easier to find. As our frequency of use increases, having a cleaner, more manageable workspace is becoming a necessity rather than a luxury.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has effectively put an end to “blind prospecting.” Before Consensus, we had no reliable way to tell whether a lead was actually engaging with the materials we sent. Now we can see when a prospect has spent time on specific features, and that’s a major buying signal for us. As a result, our team can stop guessing and start prioritizing high-intent leads, while also adjusting our outreach based on the exact topics they focused on. That shift has directly improved our conversion rates.

 ### 4. Intuitive, User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Prospect Engagement Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacie F. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The platform is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. I was able to teach myself how to navigate the entire system without ever needing a tutorial or intro course, which is rare for sales tech. I also really appreciate the analytics—being able to see exactly when and how a prospect interacts with a recording gives me a much better read on the room before we ever hop on a live call.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

My main frustration is the lack of “master templates” for playlists. Right now, it feels like I have to build a new demo playlist from scratch for every prospect, and that means a lot of repetitive clicking and copy-pasting each time.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of “blind” introductory calls. By sending a pre-recorded demo first, I can give prospects the context they need and a clear understanding of our platform on their own time, before we ever get on a call.

 ### 5. Huge Efficiency Gains with Smooth Video Walkthroughs and Helpful Engagement Stats

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ira C. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest win for me is the efficiency gain. I use it to share video walkthroughs of our “Raquel” internal platform modules, so prospects can understand the core functionality right away without us having to jump into a full, hour-long live demo. It’s a huge time-saver. The interface feels smooth and intuitive, which means I’m not digging around—I can quickly find my favorite videos and demos whenever I need them. On top of that, the engagement stats show me who’s actually interested, making it much easier to prioritize the highest-intent leads.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The organization of the video library could definitely be improved. Right now, there isn’t a robust way to categorize content into distinct folders by solution or by specific language. Everything ends up in one big “pot,” which turns finding what you need into a bit of a hunt once you have a large volume of content. A tiered categorization system across different product lines would make navigation clearer and the overall workflow even faster.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of “demo fatigue” and inefficient lead qualification. Rather than spending time on introductory calls with leads that aren’t a fit, I send a Consensus link. The prospect can get the answers they need upfront, and I get the data I need to judge whether they’re worth a deeper follow-up. Overall, it’s streamlined my day-to-day routine and lets me focus on the most relevant sales opportunities.

 ### 6. A Huge Time-Saver: The Blur Tool Makes Recording Stress-Free

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maximo L. | HR Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The blur tool during the recording process is a feature I didn’t realize I’d become so dependent on. I recently recorded a walkthrough of our internal HR portal for onboarding, and I noticed sensitive employee records were visible in the background. Rather than going through a painful re-recording session, I simply blurred those sections and still had the link ready for stakeholders that same afternoon. It’s a huge time-saver, especially when you’re exhausted after a long shift.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The built-in video editing suite is pretty limited. If you need anything beyond basic trimming or cutting—such as more complex transitions or advanced overlays—you end up having to export the file and switch to a third-party editor. That workaround makes it feel like it defeats the purpose of an all-in-one tool.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s completely eliminated the “record, upload to Drive, copy link, email” cycle that used to eat up my time. Now, the moment I finish recording, the link is already live and ready to share. For our teams spread across different European time zones, that kind of instant access is a real lifesaver.

 ### 7. Consensus for Sales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa W. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

It's common to have prospects revisit our solutions, some from many years ago and some that we just recently engaged. Again, they likely have limited time and we only get them on the phone for a limited time. I've found that providing the updates and new solutions through Consensus saves time on both ends while providing value ultimately opening up opportunities. It's also great for engaging in both hot and cold leads by getting information their way prior to a call that might be already scheduled. Again, it's making the most value out of the time we have to engage with them.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I wish there was a better way to reach out to multiple people at the same time but still be able to track the viewer activity. We can only track viewer activity by making a unique demo board for each opportunity. There is the ability to copy and paste a video for multiple uses; however, without creating a demo board, you can't track who has viewed the video and the time stamps of the viewer activity.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus allows me to send quick introductions to prospects as well as gives me the ability to follow up with content that will help prospects be more equipped to make a vendor decision with having more product knowledge.

 ### 8. Fast, Easy One-Stop Shop for Qualification and Customer Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coy R. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

What stands out to me most is the sheer speed and ease of use. I can grab a link and drop it into an email within seconds, and the search function makes it simple to find the exact demo that matches a specific customer need. It also takes care of the “basic” questions upfront, so I spend less time on repetitive introductions and more time focused on real closing activities.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

To be honest, I don’t have any major complaints because it’s simplified my day-to-day so much. If I had to nitpick, I’d just like a bit more variety in the template layouts for the demo boards to keep things feeling fresh. That said, as a "one-stop shop" for qualification, it does exactly what it says on the tin, without any extra fluff.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the huge bottleneck we had with manual demo sharing and slow lead qualification. Before, we were constantly going back and forth just to show basic features and answer simple questions. Now I can send a link and let the customer get those answers right away. It noticeably shortens the sales cycle, because I can tell almost immediately whether a prospect is a good fit based on their engagement.

 ### 9. Scalable Early-Stage Education with a Single Shareable URL

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shana G. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest value for me is being able to use it at scale for early-stage education. I really like that I can send prospects one unified URL where they can explore our product at their own pace. It helps me avoid spending time on unqualified buyers and instead focus my energy on the prospects who actually engage with the content before we ever get on a live meeting.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Honestly, the biggest drawback is that it’s inherently pre-recorded. It doesn’t offer the same level of interactivity as a live, tailored session where a buyer can ask questions on the spot. When someone needs to dig into very specific, role-based workflows or technical edge cases, the platform can start to feel a bit limited compared with having a real-time, back-and-forth conversation.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main issue was unqualified leads filling up my calendar. Before, I was running basic “intro” demos for just about everyone, and it turned into a huge time sink. Now it filters the pipeline for me. It lets buyers self-educate on the fundamentals, so when we finally do get on a call, the conversation is far more strategic and focused on their real pain points.

 ### 10. Smart Demo Automation That Saves Hours with Personalized Video Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray B. | Sales Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The “smart” demo automation is easily the standout feature for me. It’s a huge time-saver, since I can spin up customized video demos for prospects in just minutes instead of spending hours preparing generic slide decks.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The learning curve for the advanced customization features is steeper than I’d like. It took our team a significant amount of effort to really master all the settings. Also, the dashboard performance can be a bit sluggish; it occasionally lags when I’m trying to pull complex reports during peak hours, which is definitely a disruption when I’m trying to get information quickly before a meeting.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has completely transformed our demo culture. We used to waste so much time on generic presentations that didn’t land because they weren’t tied to a prospect’s specific pain points. Now we create dynamic, personalized video experiences that truly resonate. As a result, our sales cycle has shortened significantly, because my team is having more informed, more direct conversations with buyers who are already educated on our solution.

 ### 11. Smart Demo Automation and Deep Analytics That Save Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesley B. | Sales Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The “smart” demo automation is easily the standout feature for me. It’s a major time-saver because I can spin up customized video demos for prospects in minutes, instead of spending hours putting together generic slide decks. The analytics are just as strong, too—I can see exactly which parts of a demo a prospect actually spends time on. That keeps my sales team from making assumptions; we now have clear data on what the buyer cares about before we even get them on a follow-up call.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The learning curve for the more advanced customization features is steeper than I’d prefer. Our team had to put in a significant amount of effort to truly get comfortable with all the settings and understand how everything fits together. On top of that, the dashboard performance can feel a bit sluggish at times; it occasionally lags when I’m pulling complex reports during peak hours. That slowdown is definitely disruptive when I need to grab information quickly right before a meeting.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has completely changed our demo culture. We used to waste a lot of time on generic presentations that didn’t land, mainly because they weren’t tailored to the prospect’s specific pain points or situation.

 ### 12. Turns Mountains of Research Into Clear, Evidence-Based Summaries in Seconds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrell F. | Senior Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest win for me is how it pulls together a massive pile of research into clear, actionable takeaways. I used to spend days manually parsing disjointed reports just to understand the overall direction of the literature. Now I can query a topic and get an evidence-based summary in seconds, which is a huge help when I’m preparing for internal meetings.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The main downside for me is that it can feel a bit oversimplified. Since it relies on AI to summarize, it sometimes misses important nuance in especially delicate scientific debates. Because of that, I still end up double-checking the original PDFs to make sure I’m not misquoting or misunderstanding the findings. Another limitation is that the library isn’t infinite, so every now and then I hit a wall when the specific study I need hasn’t been indexed yet.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Consensus, my workflow was incredibly manual—I had to sift through endless papers just to extract a handful of arguments, and it ate up a huge amount of time. Now I can get a clear, consolidated overview right away. That means I can spend my day actually applying the research to our project work, instead of wasting hours just trying to find it.

 ### 13. Discovery Made Easy with High-Quality Demo Boards and Insightful Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leroy Y. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest benefit for me is how much easier it makes the discovery phase when I’m working with prospects who have tight schedules. Rather than pushing for a 30-minute call that might not even fit for them, I can send a high-quality demo board instead. The tracking features are the real highlight: being able to see exactly how long they spent on a video gives me a much clearer read on their real purchase intent.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

To be completely honest, the setup process can feel pretty tedious. I sometimes catch myself doing far too much manual data entry just to spin up a single demo board. It also seems like there are more steps than necessary, and when I’m trying to move quickly, all that extra clicking around becomes a real friction point for me.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool solves the scheduling nightmare we usually face in sales. It’s tough to get multiple people in a room at the same time, so it lets our product speak for itself on the prospect’s own timeline. For me, the biggest benefit is that I can stop chasing leads who aren’t interested and focus on the ones who are actually engaging with the content, which makes my pipeline much more predictable.

 ### 14. Intuitive Demo Boards and Strong Tracking, with Room for Deeper Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre S. | Account Executive - Mid Market, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

What I like most about Consensus is how it helps me avoid repeating the same demo again and again. I can build tailored demo boards and share them with prospects, so they can explore the product on their own time instead of sitting through another generic call.

The interface is also very intuitive, which makes it easy to create and update demos quickly without needing a lot of support. That’s important in a sales workflow where things move fast.

The tracking is a big plus as well. Being able to see who watched the demo, how much time they spent on it, and which parts they focused on really helps me prioritize my follow-ups. It gives me a much clearer signal of intent than a standard intro call.

It’s especially useful when multiple stakeholders are involved. I don’t have to coordinate schedules anymore, I just send the demo and it naturally circulates internally. I’ve also noticed it helps surface people I wouldn’t have interacted with otherwise.

Overall, it saves me a lot of time and helps me focus on qualified opportunities, which has a clear impact on my efficiency and deal velocity.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

One downside is that building more advanced demo boards can take some time upfront, especially if you want to create a really tailored experience. The interface is generally easy to use, but there’s still a bit of a learning curve when you start structuring more complex demos.

On the analytics side, while the engagement data is useful, I sometimes wish it went a bit deeper. For example, more granular insights into how viewers interact with specific steps could make follow-ups even more precise.

From a ROI perspective, the value is clearly there once you’re fully up and running, but it does require some initial investment in time to structure your content properly. It’s not a plug-and-play tool if you want to get the most out of it.

That said, none of these are blockers, but improving these areas would make the tool even more powerful for day-to-day sales use.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Consensus, a big part of my time was spent on repetitive early-stage demos, often with prospects who weren’t fully qualified or ready to move forward. It was also hard to involve multiple stakeholders early without multiplying calls.

Now, I can share tailored demos upfront and let prospects engage on their own time. This helps me qualify opportunities earlier in the process and focus my time on deals that are actually progressing.

It also improves performance across the sales cycle. I get better visibility into engagement, which makes my follow-ups more relevant and helps move deals forward faster. Instead of guessing interest, I can rely on actual data.

From a ROI standpoint, the time saved is significant. I run fewer low-value calls and spend more time on high-impact conversations, which directly improves efficiency and overall pipeline quality.

Onboarding was also relatively smooth, and once everything is set up, it becomes part of your daily workflow pretty quickly.

 ### 15. A powerful tool to showcase evidence-based insights in product demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre T. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

What I like best about Consensus is how effective it is as a demonstration tool. It allows me to quickly showcase the value of evidence-based research across different use cases, which makes it very powerful in front of prospects. In just a few minutes, I can illustrate how a complex question can be translated into clear, research-backed insights. It helps make the product very tangible and easy to understand, especially for non-technical audiences.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

From a demo perspective, the main limitation is that results can vary depending on how the question is framed or the maturity of the topic. For very niche or business-specific use cases, it sometimes requires a bit of preparation to ensure the output is impactful during a live demo. It’s a great tool for showcasing potential, but like any product, it works best when the use case is well positioned.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus helps solve the challenge of making research accessible and actionable in a very short amount of time. In my role, it allows me to demonstrate concrete value to prospects by showing how they can go from a question to evidence-backed insights almost instantly. This significantly improves the quality of my demos, makes conversations more engaging, and helps prospects better understand how the tool can fit into their own workflows. It ultimately supports faster and more impactful sales cycles.

 ### 16. Consensus Makes Pre-Recorded Demos Easy and Insightful with Helpful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Account Executive - PSA Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus has been wonderful for letting prospects watch short, pre-recorded demos. I make use of this solution daily! It cuts down on solution introduction demos that would normally take time away from other activities. My prospects comment on how easy it is to view these, and several have told me their time is better spent with this approach. I also love being able to identify key elements of interest based on the analytics provided.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

While I haven’t really run into any downsides with using the solution, I do wish better filtering on demoboards were more fully supported as a feature, especially the ability to save those filtered views for later.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus puts valuable time back in my day. It helps confirm that a prospect’s interest is genuine, reduces the number of calls that end in disqualification, and lets our Solution Consultants stay focused on the key items that make the biggest impact during demos.

 ### 17. Intuitive Admin Backend and Game-Changing Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia H. | Demo Solutions Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The administrative backend is incredibly intuitive, making the heavy lifting of setting up groups, roles, and user permissions seamless.

The native integrations with Slack and Salesforce have been absolute game-changers, allowing teams tosee engagement data exactly where they work.

Additionally, the alliance with Reachsuite has been fantastic; it has significantly leveled up our ability to build and deploy high quality interactive product tours.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

While the platform is powerful, I would love to see more "bulk" functionality for administrative updates. Currently, making large-scale changes on the backend or within library management is a manually heavy lift; being able to batch-edit or move items would be a huge time-saver.

Additionally, the organization of public links could be improved. It would be much more intuitive if we could organize those links into a nested folder or library structure, similar to how the demo library is currently managed. This would make it significantly easier to navigate as our content volume scales.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus has solved our "engagement gap" by providing deep visibility into how buyers interact with our content. The Salesforce integration is a cornerstone of this; it tracks buyer engagement at the opportunity level, allowing us to directly correlate demo activity with Close/Won impact. This data is not only crucial for justifying the program’s ROI and future growth, but it also empowers our reps to deliver more informed, timely follow-ups.

 ### 18. Best-in-Class Browser Extension That Speeds Up Video Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly C. | Senior Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The browser extension is honestly the best part. It makes the whole process so much faster because I can just select a topic and get started right away. I also really like that I don’t have to re-record an entire video if I mess up a small part.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The AI voiceovers and captions can be really hit or miss. It drives me crazy when I’m in the middle of a project and realize the first couple of sentences in the script aren’t playing, even though they’re clearly written there.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend hours editing full-length training and onboarding videos, and the worst part was that hardly anyone ever actually watched them. Now I can create the same content in a fraction of the time, and people genuinely engage with it.

 ### 19. A Strong Client-Facing Asset That Nurtures Prospects and Moves Deals Forward

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lara H. | Business Development Representative , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I really love it. I think it’s a strong asset to share with clients. It not only helps take some pressure off pre-sales teams by answering common questions and showcasing value upfront, but it also plays a key role in nurturing prospects who aren’t quite ready to engage directly yet. It gives them the space to explore at their own pace while still staying connected to a concrete project, which ultimately helps move conversations forward more smoothly when they’re ready.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I find that creating demo boards can be quite time-consuming, which can be a bit of a drawback when you need to move quickly. On the client side, the interface isn’t always very intuitive, especially when there are multiple themes in a single demo board, as it can be easy to miss or get lost between sections.

That said, I also feel like I’m probably not using the tool to its full potential yet, so there may be features or best practices I’m not fully aware of that could improve the experience.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus helps solve the challenge of scaling personalized demos and engaging prospects efficiently. Instead of relying solely on live demos, it allows us to share tailored content that prospects can explore on their own time, which is especially useful early in the sales cycle.

For me, it reduces the pressure on pre-sales by answering common questions upfront and filtering more qualified opportunities. It also helps keep less mature prospects engaged by giving them something concrete to interact with, even if they’re not ready for a full conversation yet. Overall, it makes the sales process smoother and more efficient, both for us and for the client.

 ### 20. Effortless Self-Serve Demos That Showcase Our Product’s Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

What I like most about Consensus is how effectively it helps us share our product’s value in a self-serve format. I can put relevant, high-quality demo content in front of prospects almost instantly, without the logistical headache of coordinating a live walkthrough for every small question or inquiry.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

My biggest frustration is the user experience when I share multiple demo boards at once. In my experience, many prospects only watch the first one and completely miss the navigation in the top right that lets them view the others.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of scaling product education without relying solely on live sessions. For me, that means I can share tailored content much earlier in the sales cycle and keep momentum going between meetings.

 ### 21. Straightforward, Guided Demo Creation That Keeps Us Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The platform is incredibly straightforward to use. It’s very easy to create demos and then organize them into a library or a more structured demo board. I also appreciate the step-driven workflow, which keeps the creation process feeling efficient and guided, rather than turning it into a chore.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Navigating the internal demo library can be a bit of a headache at times. The search functionality also isn’t as robust as it could be, and this becomes even more noticeable as our volume of content continues to grow.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to share our product recordings securely. Since we’re in a competitive market, protecting our intellectual property is a priority, and Consensus provides that extra layer of security.

 ### 22. Effortless Demos with Customization Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Corporate Account Manager | Sage Intacct, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus as an Account Manager to send demo videos to customers who are interested in exploring new modules. Consensus solves the problem of having to schedule a demo for every module, even if we're not sure it's a great fit. I like that it has an easy user interface, is pretty fast, and offers lots of options for customization. The interface is easy to navigate, which makes it simple to locate what I need. There are many different options in terms of formatting the demos, which allows me to tailor them by audience, messaging, and flow to create a relevant and personalized experience. The initial setup of Consensus was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Sometimes the library can be hard to navigate, and some AI recommendations on which demo I'm looking for would help.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus solves scheduling demos for each module, offering custom demo options to tailor messaging and flow. It streamlines the process with an easy UI and fast operation, enhancing relevance and personalization.

 ### 23. Tailored Demos, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon D. | Sales Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like that Consensus can be tailored to the customer's needs and that it can be short and direct, which is what everybody wants today—direct information based on what they're looking for. I also appreciate how customers can choose exactly what information they want to see instead of skipping through a long-hour demo. It's easy for them to focus on what they want. The setup was extremely easy for me; I just jumped right in and started using it. Plus, the ability for customers to drill down into what they care about is nice because I can provide a larger range of information. It's helpful that when the video gets shared with others, they can focus on what's important to them.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

One thing I would like to improve is when I'm sending out those demos. If I know what the customer wants to see, I'd like to make those selections myself, instead of sending it to the customer and having them make the selections. When I know what's happening, I want to be able to pick those things when I'm building that demo presentation.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to connect my product to customers with a customized demo without a call. It allows customers to focus on what they want instead of a long demo, saving time and providing direct information.

 ### 24. Efficient and User-Friendly, Tackles Language Barriers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reagan W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like Consensus because it's easy to use and I can track when prospects are looking at it, giving me a good idea of who's engaged. I also appreciate that I can choose topics within a demo board that I'm interested in, which makes the process very fast and efficient. It's easy to understand and is even easier to use than Loom. The setup was very simple, and although it takes a little time to understand how to add multiple videos to a demo board, once I learned, it was easy to repeat.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I don't love that you have to tie it to an open opportunity. I think that might be something that my organization requires, but it would be cool to be able to send out videos en masse as well.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to send videos to prospects, saving time and adding detail. It's great for overcoming language barriers and helps busy founders by offering flexibility. It also lets me track engagement, making the process fast and efficient.

 ### 25. Saves Time with Tailored Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to engage existing clients and prospects with tailored mini demos for their review. It's been a very effective way to communicate and engage with those who don't have time to read a bunch of emails. I love that I can send mini demo snippets for clients and prospects to review and share with their teammates. These snippets, especially when they are 3-4 minutes long, have been the most effective. It's a great way to send tailored 'use cases' to prospects and clients that would be interested, and it significantly saves time. Michaela Alba did a great job teaching us how to get started with the platform, making the initial setup fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I find the home page fairly cluttered. Sometimes it takes me some time to find what I'm looking for in a particular use case. I think the UX would be greatly improved if we had a library by vertical on the top of the page that we could easily find and drill down to.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to engage clients with mini demo snippets they can watch at their convenience, which is great for time savings. It helps in gaining traction within accounts and enticing prospects, making my communication more effective.

 ### 26. Great Prospect Engagement Insights with View and Watch-Time Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Most helpful for me is the fact that you can track the views. When I do outbound prospecting, it is very important for me to see how my prospects are engaging with the material I sent them. Especially features like viewing time is giving good insights in how serious they take the information that I'm sending

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

A downside for me is that you can only track the prospects by sending individual demo's to the different leads from different companies. I would like an option where I can send a demo to all my different prospects, where it will add the name, position, and company name automatically while sending the email, with AI features automating this. This would save me a lot of time

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a BDR, Consensus makes my outreach far more effective because I can send interactive Lucanet demos and immediately see who opened them, how long they watched, what they re‑watched, and even which features they cared about most. This gives me real buyer intent signals before I ever jump on a call, or send them more emails, meaning I know exactly how engaged a prospect is, what matters to them, and where to focus the conversation. Being able to track every viewing session in detail lets me prioritize hot leads, tailor my follow‑up, and come into meetings better prepared and more relevant, ultimately increasing my chances of converting

 ### 27. Consensus’s demolytics tells us exactly what interests each prospect, making follow-ups targeted.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matilda C. | Product marketing manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I do like Consensus due to the features of intelligent demo automation. The platform will enable us to swiftly customize demo material to each prospect specifically on their interests, which will go a long way in increased engagement. As an example, when a prospect is interested in security, Consensus automatically brings into focus those features that are relevant, and the experience becomes highly relevant. Its buyer intelligence feature is also very useful, and it reveals to us precisely what content appealed to various parties the most. This knowledge can be invaluable in making targeted follow-ups as well as buyer intent.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The first configuration can be somewhat confusing, particularly when developing very complex demo flows. It definitely requires a specific learning time to learn all the customization options initially. Moreover, integration with some of our older, less commonly used marketing automation tools has not always been a smooth process, and at times, it has required one or two manual workarounds. It would be desirable to have a more intuitive first onboarding to get at the advanced features.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Consensus has totally changed our demo process eliminating a gigantic problem of giving one-size-fits-all presentations. Previously, we would provide some general demos that at times would keep half the audience distracted as the content was not directly related to their role or areas of pain. We now rely on Consensus to develop dynamic, personalised demo experiences that are responsive to the exact interests of each stakeholder, and which make everyone feel listened to.

 ### 28. Effortless Demo Sharing with High Client Satisfaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keaton R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like using Consensus because it allows me to leave behind prerecorded and recorded demos so that our clients can continuously go back and review the software as they need in their review process. It's highly utilized and appreciated by the clients. It's really easy to use, and my clients appreciate that it's easy for them to access, compared to other forms of recordings which are generally harder to send or access. Everybody can access Consensus without issues. My presales and marketing team has created prerecorded videos that I can easily select and share with the client, and it only takes about three minutes. Setting up was straightforward—just using my Okta login or single sign-on allowed me to access and use it from day one.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I have not found anything about consensus that hasn't been easy to use!

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to create demo boards and individual demos, which lets clients access recordings easily and revisit them during their review process. It's appreciated by clients, making sharing quick and straightforward, taking just about three minutes.

 ### 29. Best-in-Class Tracking and Helpful Email Drafting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshul C. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I think the tracking is probably my favorite part. I love being able to tell who has looked at something, how long they spent looking at it (even to the point where they may have gotten distracted), and where they left off. The digital sales rooms are underutilized. When i am trying to reach out to someone, i could be writing an email from scratch, which would be awkward, or consensus will write the initial email for me and allow me to add any additional customization.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

You know what you are looking for and sometimes the search function won’t find it. Search function will work well until it stops working and then you will find items that aren’t even remotely related. Organizing the content is also on you. If your organization does not consistently tag their items, the items will become disorganized quickly. There seems to be a small delay when uploading new items that takes a couple of minutes for them to sync. It may seem like a small issue but it’s something you will remember.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales materials were located in six separate locations and many of those were outdated. Consensus allows us to put all our sales materials into one location. As soon as a document is updated in consensus, the link does not change so we don’t have to send emails to everyone each time a document needs to be updated. We believe our new representatives will come up-to-speed much quicker than before due to having one easy source to reference. The data provided by consensus shows which content is moving deals forward and which content is simply taking up space.

 ### 30. I think it makes client presentations clearer and more structured

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariusz P. | Account executive specialist, Sporting Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like the fact that it has made my product demos to the prospective clients better. I also do not need to do the same walkthroughs, something that conserves energy on hectic days. It provides a powerful range of functions to alter demo content and comprehend the way prospects explore it. This has enabled me to make my work more organized and be able to track various opportunities in a more organized manner.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Consensus is not so good in relation to development of demo materials. Although it has numerous features, it can take time to prepare everything. This translates into working on preparation more than on actual sales discussions in my day to day work. It is more evident when I have several leads to attend and thus it slows down my overall speed.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue of using the same product demonstrations severally and repeatedly is solved by consensus. Previously, that would have been a time consuming task in my position, but now I am able to share already prepared demo experiences. The features enable me to tailor content to various clients, enhancing communication.

 ### 31. Seamless Presentations and Analytics, Perfect for Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlyn M. | Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I find Consensus super easy to use. My clients can log in seamlessly to review the presentation, which makes it very user-friendly. I also like that it helps us get a good sense of whether an opportunity is real and if we should pursue it. The analytics feature is great for seeing what everyone is viewing and honing in on specific use cases. The tool also saves on time management and internal resources, as it prevents us from heavily relying on solution engineers' time.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Honestly there is nothing I dislike at the moment! Pretty happy with the tool :)

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus helps me manage time and resources by reducing reliance on solution engineers for later-stage opportunities.

 ### 32. Magnificent Tool for Streamlining Scientific Evidence Collection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia C. | Senior Research Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The way it streamlines the collection of scientific evidence is magnificent. It makes it much easier to identify high-impact studies and cite them correctly, which is vital for our literature reviews.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

While the AI search is fast, the results can sometimes be a little too broad or general for highly technical queries. As a result, I still end up spending time refining my search terms to get what I’m looking for.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synthesizing research used to feel like a tedious, manual chore that took hours of cross-referencing across databases. Now, we can organize evidence-based findings in a fraction of the time, which makes the whole process much more manageable.

 ### 33. Game-Changer for Personalized Presales Demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel H. | Senior Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Being able to package multiple video modules into one cohesive demo experience has been a game-changer for our presales workflow. It lets us deliver a high level of personalization without the extra overhead of custom-editing each individual file.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The permissions hierarchy can get a bit complex. Since you can set permissions at the user, folder, and demo levels at the same time, it’s easy to occasionally get tangled up and run into access issues.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the “black box” problem with asynchronous demos. Before, we had no visibility into whether a prospect actually watched the videos we sent or simply skipped ahead to the end.

 ### 34. Efficient Demo Customization, Easy Setup, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arti S. | Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I love that Consensus is really easy to use. It's highly customizable for prospects, which is fantastic. Plus, we have the ability to use different demo styles. The team provided great training, and Scott from Consensus was really good with the setup process, making everything run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think the reporting can be better. There is built in reporting, but it's not as concise. So we have to use an integration with Salesforce to get the reporting that we're looking for. I also wish when you want to share a link, it wasn't so difficult. I wish there was the ability to just select the video and click share link. It's a little convoluted to find that link. And I also wish we brought back branch style videos.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus frees up time for our account executives and helps tailor demos for prospects, allowing them to book more calls with clients.

 ### 35. Effortless Setup, Time-Saving Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktoriya W. | Sales Executive - TX & OK, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to send quick video demos of our different modules and services. It saves a ton of time for me and for the prospect. It's super quick to set up and send to the prospect. All you need is to select the videos you want to send. I like to use the videos from my favorites section and enter basic information on the prospect, and the video is ready to be shared. It takes just a few minutes to set this up. The initial setup was super easy. Once I looked through the library of what was available, I just set my favorites as 'favorite,' and then it's super easy to send.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

It would be great to have some built-in AI features that would help create a custom introduction without having to record a video yourself. Kind of like if it could build an avatar of you and customize an intro video based on your prompts.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to send quick video demos of our modules and services, saving a ton of time for me and the prospect.

 ### 36. Easy Demo Boards That Simplify Client Overviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel Dündar . | Regional Sales Director - Multi-Entity-Reporting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like the setup of the demo boards; it’s an easy way to give clients or prospects an overview of our platform, and it makes my life a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I don’t have anything to criticise yet, since I’m using it for the first time right now. I think with a bit more time and practice I could answer that question better, but for now there’s nothing I dislike.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly, it helps me keep all the relevant information for a client in one place. Also, the feature that lets me see when the info is shared, viewed, etc. is very helpful for recognizing and acknowledging the right signals coming from the customer.

 ### 37. Consensus demolytics show us exactly what buyers care about, no more guessing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth S. | Sales enablement manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus is bright with its auto personalized demo. It also allows me to produce custom video experiences to prospects on the fly, hours spent recording custom demos will be saved. I also enjoy the deep analytics. I can see which features are being clicked on and which ones are viewed in detail which allows me to formulate follow-up conversations so well. This understanding is a gold rush in our sales process and every interaction is more precise and efficient. A game changer in the game of qualifying leads.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

My main quibble with Consensus is the initial setup phase. The initial investment of time is high to upload all our product narratives and videos and properly map them. In addition, integrations are typically good, but a number of niche CRM connections are incomplete yet, which necessitates some manual workarounds. It is not a deal killer, but it increases the complexity in the implementation process.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus has completely changed our sales qualification process. Previously, our reps would spend hours and hours on giving generic live demos or recording individual videos on unqualified leads. It was unproductive and difficult to expand. Consensus is now used to deliver personalized, interactive demos in the front. Prospects look around at their own speed, and this means that we make live calls to the buyers who are truly interested. This reduces significantly our sales cycle and increases our team productivity and close rates.

 ### 38. Simplifies Our Complex Product Story for Prospects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest advantage for us is how it simplifies our “complex” product story. We work with highly technical data governance and intelligence platforms, and that can be a lot for a prospect to digest all at once.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Building a full demo board from scratch can be pretty time-consuming. Since we have so many different technical resources and modules in our library, the initial setup and assembly ends up taking more effort than I’d like.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us overcome the “technical barrier” in our sales process. By using Consensus to showcase the platform early on, prospects grasp our value proposition much faster.

 ### 39. Effortless Prospect Engagement, Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross D. | Account Executive - Central, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus to provide demonstrations of capabilities to prospects and customers. It makes it easier for prospects to see the product, especially with tight scheduling windows and urgent opportunities. I really like being able to provide prospects views into our product and have detailed tracking into what they are viewing and how engaged they are. By being able to track the number of times and length of views, I can get a good idea of how important this is to a prospect and how likely they are to actually buy. Consensus is super easy to pick up as an end user. After creating a couple of demoboards, it's very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Sometimes in order to create a demoboard there are a lot of steps and manual keying of information that need to happen.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to demonstrate product capabilities, easing prospect access in tight schedules and urgent situations. It offers detailed tracking, showing engagement and purchase likelihood, which is valuable for understanding prospects.

 ### 40. Streamlined Product Demos with Unified Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich G. | Sales Manager, Commercial Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I use Consensus at scale for early-stage product education, to improve qualification, and make live tailored demos more strategic. It reduces time wasted on unqualified or mis-aligned buyers and helps buyers to self-educate on relevant product use cases before formally meeting for a live demo. I really like how it allows for the combination of product education demos via one unified URL, as it reduces friction for each stakeholder by giving them a single entry point to explore what's most relevant. This ensures that they are being guided, improving engagement throughout the content provided. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward once I received my credentials.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Comparatively speaking, where Consensus falls short is when a buyer expects deeper role-specific workflows or wants to ask live questions. Since these demos are pre-recorded, it can't fully replace an interactive tailored demonstration.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus reduces time wasted on unqualified buyers and helps them self-educate, providing insights on engagement. It focuses on real pain points and combines product education demos via one unified URL, improving stakeholder engagement.

 ### 41. Super Helpful Interactive Demos—Easy Edits and a Great Browser Extension

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon L. | Senior Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The way the video shows each action as you create the "demo" is super helpful and I mean its not just a screen recording, if I want to change something I don't have to recreate the entire video. The sticky keys on my laptop drive me crazy, I'd rather write this out then have to use Loom again because no one was watching the videos anyway. My favorite part has been the browser extension. I simply add it to my browser, select a topic, and that's it.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Sometimes the captioned voiceovers that come with the demo are pretty bad (I mean I know AI isn't perfect), but you find yourself going back and adjusting those captions after a while (that kinda kills the purpose). That is the nit-picky stuff that drives me crazy - I am right in the middle of writing a review and I see some random step drop the first couple sentences of the script - they are written into the script, they just aren't playing - so then I have to fix that too. Also I would love to have more options for how the scripts get voiced over.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend hours creating full videos for all our trainings/onboardings etc. and even after we spent all that time on them, people still wouldn't watch them. With Consensus, I can create exactly the same thing in a fraction of the time and people actually watch them. It has also reduced a lot of back-and-forth in support - instead of having to take the time to type-out a detailed explanation, I simply send a walk-through and usually that ends the conversation.

 ### 42. Better way to review scientific studies quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adelina M. | Strategic insights Manager, Pharmaceuticals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I like how Consensus helps me quickly get evidence based answers when I’m researching topics for work. I tend to have a lot of disjointed research and reports and so it is much easier to see the overall direction of the results without going through it all by hand. What I appreciate most is the number of features in which I break down the research papers. It saves my time and enables me to prepare more powerful materials to discuss internally as it provides me with better scientific background.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I dislike that it sometimes oversimplifies certain research topics, which can make delicate subjects seem less nuanced and detailed than they really are. In my work, that means I still have to go back and verify the original sources more often than I’d prefer. Another issue is that not all studies are available through it, which limits what I’m able to access and view.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus addresses the issue of wasting a lot of time reading detailed academic content in order to locate valuable arguments. I had to read numerous papers manually to get the general conclusions before using it. I am now able to see a clearer overview way quicker and concentrate on putting the information into practice rather than trying to find it.

 ### 43. Consensus Scales Presales with Self‑Serve Demos and Warmer, More Targeted Follow‑Ups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Senior Solution Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus lets us scale presales without sacrificing quality. Buyers get role‑based, interactive demos they can self‑serve, while we see exactly who watched what, for how long, and where interest spikes—so follow‑ups are targeted and meetings start warmer. It keeps our story consistent across reps, reduces repeat live demos, and shortens cycles by aligning multiple stakeholders before the formal call.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Great content needs upkeep—plan for a lightweight cadence to refresh videos and branches. Initial configuration takes some thought to get the buyer paths right, and I’d love even more flexibility in analytics exports and admin UX. Minor trade‑offs given the value once it’s running.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus removes the bottleneck of repetitive first‑call demos and inconsistent messaging. Prospects self‑serve tailored demos by role, which aligns multiple stakeholders before the live meeting and surfaces who’s engaged and what they care about. That lets me target follow‑ups, cut prep and repeat demos, and keep our story consistent across reps—effectively scaling presales bandwidth and improving forecast confidence.

 ### 44. How I finally learned to be in two places at once.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary M. | Presales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus has repositioned how I operate. It stops the endless cycle of repeat live demos; prospects can just click through a personalised version on their own time.

Creating the content is actually easy, too—using the consensus AI studio - Trupeer to turn quick recordings into polished assets is a huge win for us. The best part? My team can get our best pitch in front of clients whenever they need to, even if I'm stuck in meetings or offline. It’s basically like being in three places at once!

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The platform is always improving, and at the moment I’m happy with the features it offers.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up pre-sales time so it can be spent on more productive activities. It empowers sales execs to self-serve and improves their clients’ understanding of what we can offer. Overall, it supports better discovery.

 ### 45. Consensus allows our AE to concentrate on meaningful discussions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marry A. | Solutions consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

Consensus is really my favorite due to its smart demo automation. It can enable us to make customized video demos quickly to prospects which is a massive time-saving feature. The analytics of the platform also give an insightful view of the way viewers interact with the content, revealing precisely what content they find the most attractive. This assists our sales team in prioritizing and making follow-ups rather than making assumptions on what buyers desire.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Although generally excellent, startup and initial education of certain advanced features are a little high. Only a serious effort can get one to master all the customization options. Additionally, I have also realized that the dashboard is a little slow to load at times, particularly when retrieving complex reports, and this has been disrupting the workflow at times during peak times.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consent has essentially changed the way we do our demo. In the past, we used to take hours to prepare generic demos which in many cases resulted in uninterested prospects and long sales cycles. We are now dynamically creating personalized video experiences within minutes, and exactly in line with the pain points of each prospect. This has reduced our sales cycle drastically and our sales team has the advantage of knowing what exactly is of interest to the buyer and therefore they can talk more directly to the buyer.

 ### 46. Quick, Easy One-Stop Shop for Demos and Faster Customer Qualification

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lillian W. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The ease of use is what I like best. It’s really quick and easy to add a link to an email, and I can search through content in a matter of seconds to determine which demo is best to send to a customer. It quickly answers many of the customer’s questions upfront, which makes qualifying the customer much easier and far less time-consuming. I use it almost every day, and it has genuinely made my job much easier.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Honestly, nothing really. It has only made the process quicker and gives customers much more information upfront without the need for additional resources. It’s essentially a one-stop shop that helps answer customer questions early, speeds up qualification, and makes my workflow more efficient overall.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consensus solves the problem of inefficient demo sharing and time-consuming customer qualification. Instead of going back and forth or relying on multiple resources, I can quickly find the right demo, add it to an email in seconds, and give customers immediate access to the information they need. This helps answer many of their questions upfront, shortens the sales cycle, and allows me to determine fit much faster. As a result, I’m able to qualify customers more efficiently, save a significant amount of time, and focus my efforts on the most relevant opportunities.

 ### 47. Minimizing how often I have to be the one demoing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave B. | Staff Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

The biggest change that they have made is the ability to now mix and match demos that are being sent out. This means that I can send multiple demos without having to create a new link for every single demo. It has been an absolute game changer.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

I think the user interface still is not as intuitive as I'd like, but it's easy enough to learn.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated earlier it's really minimizing the number of standard demos and allowing me to be far more strategic while also making it easier to get a demo to our customers.

 ### 48. A Huge Time-Saver: Blur Tool and Timestamped Feedback Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdalah J. | Head of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I have found the blur tool while recording to be the one feature i didn’t realize i had always wanted. I was doing a tutorial walk-through of our hr system for on-boarding purposes; employee records were behind me as i walked and rather than having to re-record everything (which would’ve been painful), i was able to blur them and send the link to stakeholders the same afternoon. I’m exhausted after a long shift and i am still thinking about how much time this saved me. The feedback side of things is great too. Stakeholders can leave comments pinched to specific times within videos and don’t have to create an account. This may seem like a small thing but it allows me to get helpful notes back as opposed to vague replies to emails.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

While the Consensus is great in many ways, the editing capabilities are very limited. If your project requires more than simple cutting or trimming of the video, then you will have to export your video and edit it elsewhere. To some degree, this defeats the purpose of what Consensus provides. While the AI capabilities of Consensus such as automatic summarization, filler word removal, etc., are very useful; they require payment for use.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using consensus, i would typically record something, upload it to drive, copy the link & send an email. With consensus, all of these steps have been removed. Once you record your content, the link is simply there. For teams spread out across multiple time zones, this means i can explain something one time & team members can watch at their convenience rather than having to find a time that works for everyone.

 ### 49. Streamlined Demo Sharing, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

I really appreciate the simplicity of creating demo boards with Consensus, which I can do in a very short space of time. The ability to create segmented videos that showcase different features and functionality is another big plus. This helps our users rapidly get to the core of what our product does. The time-saving aspect is crucial for me because I can efficiently present our product to customers, allowing them to watch demo videos at their convenience. The setup process was pretty simple, with good support in the background, making it easy to get up and running without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

The search feature can sometimes be a little confusing and slow

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Consensus to share demo videos efficiently, saving time and allowing customers to view at their convenience. The segmented videos highlight core features quickly, providing reassurance that our product solves their problems.

 ### 50. No more endless hours digging through studies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthieu T. | Consultant-Formateur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Consensus?**

It is magnificent the streamlined scientific evidence collection and presentation process. The agreement simplifies it to a great extent to draw the appropriate studies and reference them properly, which is essential to our study. The AI-powered search functionality is especially my favorite; it helps me identify connections between works that I would otherwise have not noticed. Efficient construction of systematic literature reviews has saved our team a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Consensus?**

Although the AI search is efficient, the results are at times too general and need further refinement. The user interface is functional but can be made more engaging to the eyes to make browsing experience more attractive. In addition, not all niche journals are available in the same way that I would like a very specialized topic.

**What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The synthesis of research was a manual and tedious task that required hours of database search and paper cross-referencing. We are now able to locate and arrange evidence-based discoveries applicable to our work rapidly. This has radically shortened our research cycles and enhanced the quality of our systematic reviews to enable us to make more robust and data-driven conclusions.
