What do you like best about Consensus?

Consensus provides a tool for our sellers to share videos and information with potential clients in efficient and engaging ways. It multiplies the efforts of our demo teams and helps prospects learn more about our solutions on their own time.

Additionally, the solution is plug-and-play, it only took our demo team a matter of minutes to ramp up on using the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Consensus?

There are a couple of small UI elements in the client viewing experience that we'd like to see tweaked. Also looking forward to some developments on back-end efficiency and organization. But these are fairly small issues compared to the many benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Consensus solving and how is that benefiting you?

When organizations are purchasing software they want to explore many elements, over time, and involve multiple internal constituents. Consensus allows our organization to meet these needs for clients in a scalable and dynamic way. It's helping us discover more stakeholders within organizations (as the demos get shared around), and it gives us great insights into the priorities of our prospects (as they rate the business use cases they see as most important).
