What do you like best about Connex?

I really appreciate the two-way sync between our selling channels and QuickBooks. The guided implementation was especially helpful, since their team worked closely with us throughout setup and testing. What do you dislike about Connex?

The initial setup took some time because our workflow is fairly complex. Also, it was a bit difficult to get in touch with someone who could help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connex solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Connex, our company can run a sophisticated, multi-channel business while still keeping QuickBooks at the core. We need to map fields such as shipping methods, shipping costs, and sales tax and apply logic that changes depending on the customer. Connex supports these more complex workflows through its rules engine, which saves us from having to track and manage all of those exceptions manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
