"Making QuickBooks Work Better for Us"

What do you like best about Connex?

The biggest thing for us is the two-way sync with QuickBooks. Having customers, products, and orders stay updated between systems saves us a lot of manual work. I also really appreciated the guided trial. Their team helped us get everything set up and tested, and when we ran into questions, support was easy to reach and actually helpful. What do you dislike about Connex?

We've been with Connex for a long time and have seen a lot of positive changes over the years from the original UI, which has greatly changed for the better. The implementation does require planning, but the Connex team guided us through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connex solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a complex workflow, and Connex eliminates a huge amount of repetitive manual work. Instead of entering orders by hand, updating shipping and tracking, moving information between systems, and checking that everything matches, Connex handles those steps automatically and lets us build custom rules around how our business actually operates. the custom rules cannot be overstated, they are incredible.
