What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

We used it when it was Continuum RMM, but it allowed us to manage our client endpoints from a single portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

It was expensive, difficult to set up, and support was not good at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to manage our endpoints from a single web interface, receiving email alerts for issues, then remediating those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
