I really like how ConnectWise RMM is very user-friendly, making it easy for me to log in to endpoints without any issues. It's convenient because I don't use RDP to access client machines, and with OS patching, I can start right away by clicking on the endpoint's name and choosing which patches to install. Also, setting it up was simple; just installing agents on the machines brings them into the workstation and server pane effortlessly. I don't see any need for improvement as it already provides everything I need, and checking the dashboard lets me manage whatever I want easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
