I like how easy it is to use ConnectWise Automate. As an admin, I can remote into user devices seamlessly and automate tasks from our end. I really appreciate the ability to use PowerShell and command prompt to deploy scripts and applications to multiple devices at once, which makes managing a large number of devices straightforward. The reporting section is a bit lacking when it comes to tracking how many apps are installed on a device. It kind of lags in providing accurate information about installations.
