What do you dislike about Connector for Salesforce and Jira?

The Trigger within Salesforce has to be hardcoded to the ID in Jira. Little unfortunate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connector for Salesforce and Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing us to create documentation for some of our metadata items in Salesforce. We are using this to send information from custom objects to Jira and then Confluence to display documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
