The pricing is currently cost prohibiting for a small business of 2-5 people. After a recent review the company reached out and is using feedback for future developments. Their current platform would be extremely useful for larger businesses at its current price point. Hoping to see some small business options in the future. We know our pricing may be expensive for very small teams, and we're about the launch a new plan that will accommodate that need like nothing else on the market! As for emails that you've sent - perhaps you sent them to a no-reply email? We reply to all emails in a 15min time frame, always. Not sure what happened here...
