I like the network graph feature of Connect The Dots, which helps me find who knows what people, and I find that the most useful. It assists me in discovering people connected to my customers and the potential paths through them. I enjoy using it for prospecting workflows because I can either focus on an individual I know well to find connections or upload a list of target accounts to uncover relevant paths via people I know.
