What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

Conga has helped us centralise and streamline our contract lifecycle management processes within Salesforce. The platform provides strong automation for contract creation, approvals, document generation, e-signatures, and SAP integration workflows. While complex implementations require thoughtful design and governance, the flexibility and scalability have allowed us to support a wide range of commercial contracting scenarios across multiple regions. What problems is Conga CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conga helps us automate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from deal creation and pricing approvals to document generation, negotiation, e-signatures, and post-execution management. It reduces manual effort, improves compliance, increases visibility into contract status, and keeps sales, legal, finance, and operations aligned through a single process. Without a CLM platform, contracts tend to live in email chains, shared drives, spreadsheets, and someone's memory which is usually the most dangerous database in the company.
