What do you like best about Conga CLM?

Conga offers a great deal of flexibility and this allows us to build many document templates that may be used by the team in a variety of quoting scenarios and proposal situations. This makes life much easier to work in Salesforce. The integration with Salesforce was straightforward and Conga support has always been responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

There is still a mix of the old and new interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conga CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have many different quote templates, depending on customer circumstances. Conga allows our team to quickly and easily choose the right template. Creating these templates would be next-to-impossible in Salesforce with out Conga. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
