What do you like best about Conga CLM?

It is a user-friendly product, the documentation is easy to access and provides a detailed step-by-step process to achieve the functionality, which helps in implementing the use cases. The Conga Support is great; we get 24/7 support from them and they are always ready to help us. We use it in our day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

Everything is great, but sometimes feature requests take time to reach the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conga CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we see that there is an existing functionality that was working before but is not working now, we contact Conga Support and they get on a call with us to help resolve the issue with root cause and resolution. They also provide valid documentation and Knowledge articles which help us avoid similar issues in the future. They also provide 24/7 support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
