What do you like best about Confluence?

You can create templates that can easily be saved. This is particularly helpful if there are particular types of knowledge that need to be documented regularly in a consistent format.

It’s very easy to create and format pages.

The pages history feature is very helpful!

Very easy integrations with Jira.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Copying and pasting content from tables into other tables does not work. The copied content always gets pasted into one cell in the table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?

The two greatest benefits I’ve experienced is that information that needs to be documented in a uniform manner can easily be done.
