What do you like best about Confluence?

I like the homepage/newsfeed feature which provides the most current blog postings and happenings in the organization. I also enjoy the ability for many people to collaborate and work on one document at the same time. I enjoy the fact that you can create different spaces by division or particular project. Very easy to use platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Formatting for blog posts and such can be difficult at times. Confluence could use more readily available tutorials on how to use the various features I know are built into the platform. I would really like to learn more about the additional project management capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Confluence:

I would definitely recommend Confluence for a company that has many divisions working on a number of projects. It really keeps everyone on task and aware of the many moving pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Confluence helps our company organizes many documents in one place which makes it easily accessible for anyone in the organization. It has greatly improved collaboration and team morale all together. The notifications and reminders are also very useful to keep everyone aware and on task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
