What do you like best about Configurator?

What I love most about Configurator is that it truly does cover your entire sales-to-production process. Configuring products, calculating pricing, sending quotes to customers, securing an order, and generating engineering documents are all done much quicker and easier. What do you dislike about Configurator?

I feel like Configurator could add more of a personal touch for certain situations. Successfully implementing a new business system takes more than the right hardware and software. It takes people. They do an "ok" job but could do better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Configurator:

DO IT! Configurations utilize a variety of rules and logic to intelligently guide users through the configuration process. It provides seamless CPQ integration for Salesforce while also leveraging the power of Configure One’s configurations, quotes, and pricing features for Salesforce CRM. What problems is Configurator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Configurator has allowed me to be completely self-sufficient at implementing and maintaining my CPQ application. Configurator does well to provide in-depth, standard and custom training.
