Easily accesible services, the UI is user friendly and clear to understand.
Have some integrations in the way the clients can use the data, and rarely we have any problem with the performance, being able to use diverses systems at same time.
The support tend to be a little on the slower side though, if its not a urgency the process to deal with the problem can take a bit.

We also appreciate your candid feedback about support response times and the process for requesting development work. We understand that when an issue affects your workflow, having clear communication and timely progress is important. We also recognize that evaluating development requests can take time, particularly when determining the feasibility and scope of a change, but we know that greater visibility into that process can make the experience easier for our customers.
It’s also helpful to know that you have not yet incorporated AI into your processes. As these capabilities continue to become part of the myLIMS experience, we want them to provide practical value within real laboratory workflows rather than simply adding another technology layer.
