The transition from Mylims Desktop to Mylims Web has brought several practical benefits to our business. The lab team noticed a positive difference, especially because generating and releasing reports to clients is now much faster.
In my day-to-day work, managing price tables has improved a lot. It used to be quite tedious updating item by item. Now, I can easily apply a direct percentage increase, export the table for updates, and simply deactivate an old price list to upload a new one. We also appreciate the autonomy to create our own reports and dashboards without relying on Confiance, as well as how much easier it is to integrate the system with other tools. On the other hand, support is an area where I believe Confiance has room for improvement. Responses to tickets or enhancement requests can be quite slow. There is a need for clearer communication regarding what is being worked on, realistic deadlines on what can or cannot be done, and overall better follow-up once a request is submitted.
Overall, the software itself is very good and meets our daily needs well, but improving customer support communication and speed would make the overall experience much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
