I like most how confidence alertes you when one of your consumables goes below the threshold you set. This will give you an opportunity to plan ahead to reorder. I also like that you can digitaly map out each location for storing and freezing supplies rather than using paper. I hate logging into confidence. I personally find the constant 2-step authentification process frustrating as well as being in lab gloved hands and having to go back to my desk to get my phone to log in. I also experience some lag when trying to upload files or copy several cells at one time in the tables of confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
