What do you like best about Confience?

Implementing Confience's MyLIMS in our laboratory was a game-changer. The system brought agility, organization, and traceability to all our analytical processes. From sample receipt to report issuance, we managed to automate tasks that were previously done manually, reducing errors and optimizing team time. What do you dislike about Confience?

What problems is Confience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementation, we faced several challenges, such as manual sample control, with a high risk of errors and rework. Difficulty in tracking information about analyses, deadlines, and responsibilities, and lack of integration between sectors, which caused bottlenecks and delays. With MyLIMS, we managed to solve these problems efficiently. The main benefits we experienced include: Total traceability of samples at all stages of the process and automation of workflows, reducing manual tasks and operational time.
