I really like the Confident LIMS system and its user experience. It's great that it helps us automatically integrate with Metrc and the state reporting system. The UI system makes things really easy, allowing us to track our sample throughput and data over time, and search for trends and samples, even from years ago. I also appreciate the streamlined experience it provides on our end. The initial setup was great, with all the necessary tools and formulas built out. One of the greatest things about Confident LIMS is the support we get in a constantly changing environment, with quick assistance to adapt as needed. It's been able to scale effectively with our growth, providing the necessary tools to maintain efficiency even as we handle more samples and work at the lab.
