What I like best about working with confident is the speedy responses to any query. Whether that be a question as it pertains to new regulations or reporting changes, even to as something as simple as an archive request, we are always taken care of in a timely fashion. Even when a problem cannot be resolved, communication is always complete and concise. Our lab continues to use the google sheets API and are very comfortable with the UI setup that we have and the performance of our COA generation is snappy (in part due to the successful archives keeping our bloat down).
