What do you like best about Conference Calling?

I appreciate how straightforward the host keypad controls work during live calls, allowing me to mute noisy lines or add extra participants mid-discussion without using a web dashboard. The secure storage of call recordings on the platform saves us time as we can revisit key points from negotiations easily. The ability to silence disruptive lines instantly during calls helps maintain a smooth conversation flow. Replaying recorded calls means we can verify verbal commitments, reducing the need for follow-up clarification emails. The transition to Conference Calling cut down on manual overhead by automating data entry into our CRM, and the platform delivers consistent calling experiences, making it ideal for phone-first meetings. What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

I find that call recordings can occasionally cut off prematurely, and I'm frustrated by the lack of advanced search filters within recordings. The email notifications don't allow us to add custom meeting context, which can be limiting.
