I like the efficiency of Conference Calling, especially with features like screen sharing and recording. Screen sharing is incredibly useful because it moves a conversation from 'telling' to 'showing,' which is much more efficient. It acts as a visual aid by allowing everyone to look at the same document, presentation, or piece of code, ensuring no one gets lost. The feature also supports interactive problem solving, letting teams troubleshoot issues together by watching a live walkthrough of a software bug or a design process. It keeps participants engaged and focused on the topic at hand, reducing the urge to multitask. The initial setup of Conference Calling was quite easy, which I appreciated. I give it a high likelihood to recommend, rating it 9.8 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
