The most helpful feature has been the driver check-in process. Eliminating the face-to-face or in-office check-in has been a huge help. I also really appreciate being able to communicate directly with the driver through in-app text messages. On top of that, the app even translates most languages automatically. The least helpful aspect is the search filter. When I search for something, what I’m looking for will show up and then disappear, and it pulls up something else that’s only related. For example, when I search for a specific load#, the load# will appear at first, but then it disappears and shows other related items.
