Implementation is done fairly quickly and cost to consumer is quite low. Not much configuration needed to set up basic flows within the application. There is a single source database to pull information from as well which makes creating reports and analyzing data a bit easier as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Conduent Healthcare Claims Management? The UI is not necessarily user friendly and very ancient compared to alot of its competitors. Warranty Support from the vendor is difficult and upgrades are not catered to client specific needs. Alot of functionality is buried within the interface and not readily found even basic tools that end users access on a daily basis. The user administration tools can be confusing as well with a role system that is unclear on its end user functionality changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Conduent Healthcare Claims Management: If you do not see your organization scaling drastically and need a cheap solution then this will be more then sufficient. However if you are trying to use this to optimize and make an existing process more efficient in the long run I would recommend looking else where. Processing member claims in a timely and efficient manner. By doing so we have realized the benefits of being able to optimize our lines of business and identify efficiency gaps by creating dashboards and reports relevant to revising certain business processes.
