It's essential for community communications, especially while undergoing a 3-year major renovation. The customer service is amazing. When I have a question, I can call and actually get a person to answer and assist almost immediately. A real person answers, accesses the information, and helps personally, either by troubleshooting or walking me through the issue and solving it, which is rare these days. It's also beneficial for board members because there are private areas that general users cannot access. Overall, it's great for resource management and referencing. **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** Sometimes the keyword searches can be a little archaic. Maybe a general keyword search, not just searching in the specific area, eg service request or discussion forum. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Condo Control addresses communication issues and enhances community cohesion, especially crucial during our 3-year major renovation. ### 2. Condo Control Makes Everything Easy—Great Features, Support, and Implementation **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026 **What do you like best about Condo Control?** i have used the building link also but my experience with condo control is really amazing, everything seems to be so easy; got numerous features makes the life really easier, event tracking, customer support, Ai support and implementation is so great. **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** There are no downsides as such from my side, but I really think they should allow to upload multiple photos or videos at the same time white creating a incident report, it is so much trouble to add the images later on, and one more thing if recording the past scenario in the report it should give dedicated option to include the past event related to that situation. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really solves the problem of time stamping as i have already mentioned i have used building link, but it seems so complicated. Instead, Condo Control gives a drastic change to track everything in a simpler manner. ### 3. As I use the application and website every day, I continue to discover new features, making it a continuous learning experience. The amenity booking system, along with the flexibility to revise bookings or process authorized refunds for late cancellations, simplifies things for residents and is also connected to our accounting department, which makes tracking any activity straightforward. Mistakes with records can happen, but being able to recover them from the unit's archive is a real relief. Generating packages to notify residents when their store purchases are ready for pickup has also saved time for both management and the Concierge. I could go on, but overall, every feature I have used so far has made my workday easier. **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** Not able to create a new report wihtut usisng a pre-defined one as a base. Sometimes fileds I want to combine doesnt appear in the same report, making me merge the data outside the app. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping all the records related to a condominium. from ownersip, tenancy, service request, violations, budget, public records for the owners. ### 4. I really like tracking deficiencies and requests from residents, and the home screen is great for showing how many open service requests there are, how many are pending, and who has them assigned. This helps me follow up and ensure the quality of service around the facilities is up to standard. The initial setup is pretty simple as long as you know what needs to be configured, and the configuration screens are self-explanatory. It's a very good integration tool that I would definitely recommend. **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** I think the search option under the units is very poorly designed. As it is an open search, I cannot search for a specific stall number. If I type a number like 299, it gets searched against everything—telephone numbers, license plates, unit numbers, etc., which is not helpful when I'm trying to find specific information. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love Condo Control for centralizing everything in one interface, giving me access to all facilities under the same software. ### 5. The features offered are impressive, and I found the integration from previous provider to Condo Control to be straightforward, even with our tight deadline for introducing the platform to residents. I particularly appreciate the service request, AGM, and budget rollout functions—they are my favorites. Residents have mentioned that Condo Control is a significant improvement over our previous provider, and the app’s appearance is also a big plus. I use Condo Control every day and find it to be excellent! **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** Updating amenity bookings can be a bit complicated. The process requires approving the booking first, then making any necessary revisions. However, sometimes people change their minds about certain details of the booking (dates and/or time of the booking) before confirming, so I end up having to approve, adjust, and then either remove the confirmation or just delete the booking and start over. For announcements, I would really appreciate a button that allows you to exclude non-resident owners after you've selected specific units. Regarding security and concierge, it would be great to have a package signing feature for residents after they pick up their packages. That's something we truly miss. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to track residents and maintain a directory with contact information for everyone in the building has been very helpful. Violation tracking is much easier now, as I no longer have to file them manually. One of the biggest improvements is the service request feature—residents can simply submit their requests through the system instead of overwhelming my inbox. ### 6. The calls we about basic stuff, like rules, checking their balances etc. The new AI feature condo control release has saved me a ton of time by deflecting and answering commong questions residents have about the commuity. ### 9.
