My team moved to Condens from a competitor because the platform aligned so much better with our established workflow. The ability to store all our research documents, end-to-end, in one platform has been great. The platform and its features are very user-friendly. Condens was one of our first research tools to roll out AI features and functionality and they've continued to innovate and improve in this space. My team has also enjoyed using the Slack/Condens integration, which allows our organization to interact with our data and insights within Slack. We've always had a great experience with support, the pricing model works well for my team's budget, and the tool has been reliable over the past 4 or so years we've been using it. The one feature we've been a little disappointed with is the Slack integration. We've found that if our internal stakeholders don't phrase their prompts just right, the response the Condens bot provides isn't very helpful. The answers can be long and cumbersome to navigate. We have to monitor all interactions with the bot to make sure it's providing helpful information and researcher intervention isn't required to help our stakeholders.
