We chose Condens over others because while it has robust qualitative analysis tools, it also has a fairly simple, intuitive, approachable interface (which is great for easing onboarding for non-researchers).
I also really appreciate their thoughtful approach to weaving in AI for modest efficiency gains while ensuring human control & judgment is still front and center, compared to many other tools I've seen that really force it and roll out AI in clunky, ineffective ways that overpromise or show they don't have a deep grasp on when/where AI is truly appropriate in research. Price hikes seemed aggressive the first couple renewals we had, which was tough because we have a tight budget, but this might be changing (in our most recent renewal, they were very reasonable and open to negotiating down to a much more modest increase).
Should note we have the fewest possible seats (10), which has been workable with swapping people in & out as needs across the team fluctuate, but as I work on improving research enablement, this might become an issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
